Omanawa Renovation

This unique renovation project in rural Omanawa involved extensively reworking a 360m² property where 140m² was previously dedicated to horse stables. The vision? To craft a luxurious wellness retreat that blends country living with resort-style indulgence.

The existing stable wing was stripped to its bare bones, with a complete demolition, a new slab pour, and a complete internal rebuild. We installed new aluminium joinery, insulation, walls, and gib throughout the retreat space.

The new layout features a striking entertainer’s kitchen, a full bathroom, and a custom-built sauna, offering a peaceful, private escape within the home.

Beyond the interior, significant outdoor upgrades have further enhanced the property. These include a large 12-metre swimming pool surrounded by expansive timber decking that creates a holiday-like atmosphere.

Landscaping, retaining walls, a new 3-bay shed, and driveway works contribute to the finished property’s functionality and style, setting this retreat apart as a true rural sanctuary.
