Manganui Road Renovation & Reclad

Juno Projects managed an entire transformation of this two-storey Mount Maunganui residence, starting with a full reclad to modernise and weather-tighten the outside.

Behind the exterior, the job enveloped extensive enhancements inside the house, providing a stylish, integrated living experience that balances form with function.

Internally, the kitchen was fully reconfigured with new cabinetry, appliances, and benchtops for a sophisticated, contemporary appearance. The bathroom features a new shower cubicle and fittings that ensure both form and function. Living spaces were renovated with new flooring, lighting, and interior furnishings.

Externally, the balcony was reconfigured with glass balustrading and stylish seating, perfect for enjoying the view and extending the home’s entertaining space.
